NICOLE A. HEARY

Nicole A. Heary graduated magna cum laude in 1994 from the State University of New York at Buffalo with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science.  She is a 1997 graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law.  In 1993, she was listed in Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges.

Ms. Heary is admitted to practice in New York State and Federal Courts.

Ms. Heary concentrates her litigation practice in the areas of insurance defense litigation including premises liability, legal malpractice, dram shop litigation, motor vehicle and no fault liability, construction site accidents, municipal law, and products liability including asbestos personal injury litigation.  She also has done subrogation work and has extensive experience in appellate work.

She is a member, an Education Co-Chairperson and a former Director of the Defense Trial Lawyer’s Association of Western New York.  She is also a member of the Erie County Bar Association.
