MARY JO HERRSCHER
Mary Jo Herrscher graduated summa cum laude from the State University College at Buffalo and attained her law degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1988, where she was a member of the Buffalo Law Review. Ms. Herrscher is admitted to practice in both Federal and State Court, with her practice concentrating in insurance defense litigation, including toxic tort and environmental litigation, negligence claims and products liability, health law and professional malpractice
Ms. Herrscher is a member of the Erie County Bar Association, the Western New York Trial Lawyers Association, and has served on the Judiciary committee of the Women's Bar Association of the State of New York, Western New York, assisting in the Association's evaluation and rating of judicial candidates.
