JILL TUHOLSKI

Jill Tuholski graduated from the University of California at Berkeley, with a Bachelor of Arts in History in 1991.  She received her law degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1995.  While at law school, Ms. Tuholski was the recipient of the Robert J. Connelly Award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy.

Ms. Tuholski is a trial attorney with experience in many areas of defense civil litigation, inclusive of general negligence, automobile and truck accidents, premises liability, construction site accidents, products liability, toxic torts and nursing home negligence.  Ms. Tuholski is active in the area of employment law and has defended and advised employers in a variety of discrimination matters.

Ms. Tuholski is admitted to practice in New York State and Federal Courts.  She is a member of the New York State and Erie County Bar Association.  Ms. Tuholski is former treasurer for the Western New York Trial Lawyers Association and is a current board member of the Defense Trial Lawyers Association.  Ms. Tuholski has recently given presentations in the areas of premises liability and New York’s Civil Practice Laws and Rules.
